By accessing or using the Faith Filled Child Care Growth website, courses, marketing tools, devotions, community, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Faith Filled Child Care Growth provides faith-based childcare center leaders with marketing education, done-for-you marketing tools, devotional content, and a private community. Specific features, availability, and access levels vary by membership tier and are described on our Membership & Pricing page.

Some Services — including the booking calendar, chatbot, application forms, and payment processing — may be presented as visual placeholders during onboarding and are connected to live services at a later date.

3. Eligibility

Our Services are designed for owners, directors, and administrators of faith-based or values-driven childcare and daycare centers. By applying for or purchasing a membership, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your center and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Memberships, Fees & Refunds

Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. Usage-based add-ons (such as AI messaging, voice minutes, or review automation) are billed according to the rates published on our Pricing page and may vary with your actual usage.

Due to the digital nature of our courses, tools, and community access, all membership fees and usage charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your membership at any time, and access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

5. Done-For-You Services

For Jumpstart and other done-for-you tiers, our team performs setup work over a guided period. While we strive to deliver exceptional results, we do not guarantee specific enrollment numbers, staffing outcomes, or search rankings, as results depend on factors outside our control including your local market, center operations, and staff participation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal law.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account access to unauthorized third parties.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our tools or platform.
• Post content in our community that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the faith-centered values of our program.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, devotions, templates, tools, branding, and content provided through Faith Filled Child Care Growth are the property of Faith Filled Child Care Growth and its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for the benefit of your own center. You may not redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

8. Testimonials & Results

Testimonials and statistics (such as enrollment and hiring figures) reflect the experiences of specific centers and are not a guarantee of future results. Individual outcomes vary based on each center's unique circumstances and effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

Faith Filled Child Care Growth and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms (such as scheduling, payment, and community tools). We are not responsible for the practices or content of those third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
